Wavendon Gate Youth Cafe

youthcafe back

Wavendon Gate Youth Cafe first opened in 2013 and is run in partnership with Walton Community Council.

The Youth Cafe is run every Tuesday evening during school term time at Wavendon Gate School. Doors open at 6.00pm and close at 8.00pm.

Every week we have Games Consoles playing Fifa 16 and Just Dance, alongside a range of exciting Craft Activities, Games and Table Tennis. We also have loads of free snacks and drinks including toast, biscuits and squash.

We have a team of dedicated local volunteers who are passionate about getting to know young people from the area and seeing them get involved in fun activities.

In the spring and summer months we often hold 5 a side football tournaments and games out on the field. What ever you are into, Wavendon Gate Youth Cafe has something for you.

“Pulse have been providing a youth café for Walton Community Council since April 2013. The council particularly liked the group ethos and structure that underpinned the organisation and management of the youth café and 5 years later are not disappointed with the steady growth in numbers the Pulse team have built nor the resounding success of the youth café concept”.
